Order processing
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. On rare occasions, delays may occur, particularly in the event of stock shortages. If this happens, the processing time can be extended by 2-3 days.
When can I expect my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 6-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. If your package is still in transit after 30 days from the date of shipment, we will provide a free replacement/refund after confirming with the carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is redirected to a local post office for collection and is not picked up within the specified time frame, we are not responsible for any return shipping fees, lost packages, or undelivered items.
